This clip is from Rush Hour dubbed in Punjabi as "Kala Bhatti" by M. Ali Azizi, a resident of Faisalabad, Pakistan. The Kala Bhatti is beautifully parodied and localized terms were used for all the names of people, places etc. I am sure you will enjoy this clip and the whole movie if you buy it.
